It’s nice to meet you! My name is Amber Icenhour Calderon aka Insane Angel Art. I am an artist based out of Mountain City, Tennessee in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains where I live with my husband. My art career began before I was out of high school when I started taking commissions primarily in oil painting.
I decided to go on to college where I considered what I wanted to do with my art career much more seriously. I traveled to Atlanta, Georgia where I was accepted into The Art Institute of Atlanta. After I earned my bachelor's degree in Illustration and Design, I started Insane Angel Art, which focuses on children’s book illustration, multimedia art, and logo design.
In 2020, I began taking commissions using a website called Upwork, where I have been working on creating stunning logos and artwork for small and large businesses alike.
I currently live in Mountain City, Tennessee with my husband and fellow artist, Samuel and dog Brynja.
